Hi,
In discussing session proposals yesterday with a colleague, we shared the challenge of transferring learnings from conferences (from networking, sessions, new ideas, the exhibitors' hall, etc) back to our own organizations and peers. I think this is common to many of us as we get back to our offices our 'regular' work takes over and no matter the good intentions to do so, finding the time and/or
maintaining the enthusiasm for implementing or even discussing new initiatives wanes and then .....

This forum does help, but I wonder if there are some real tools and strategies people in our field have for transferring good things specifically from conferences to our day-to-day work that could be shared? Could this make a good session at ASTC? Or has this already been done?

I'm interested in hearing thoughts from others.

Catherine
