ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

poly is likely to have a yellowish cast.....most of the casting materials
are uber sensitive to moisture - you might contact these folks and see if
they have any ideas.....http://www.reynoldsam.com/index.php?cPath=1276 -
this is a 2 part silicone rubber that dries clear - they even have a
tutorial (sort of) on embedding a tarantula - note they indicate a
"dehydrated" spider....have worked occasionally with the folks at the
Dallas location and they have been more than helpful......anyway, the site
may give you some ideas as to material....
