This morning NY Science Times (James Gorman, June, 12, 2012) has a review
of a interesting book about crows. Seems to be the darling of naturalist
writers, and justly.

And this Sunday's Times had a long article (Review Section

)

about the ills that animals suffer from. Surprise they mimic, actually
parallel, and in many instances are exactly the same maladies that we
suffer from. Not only of interest to pet owners but further proof of the
evolutionary connection between us and the animal world.
