ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Not exactly a happy message for the holidays, but... I couldn't help but
get disturbing flashbacks to Katrina, and think of all the fine folks
from Petrosains I've met at the ASTC conferences over the years, as I
read about the serious flooding that's hit Malaysia.

I tried to find a site where one can contribute to relief efforts there,
but I couldn't. (I checked the International Red Cross/Red Crescent
website, but they didn't have a way to target your donation for the
flooding; perhaps their website just hasn't been updated, and you could
just make a general donation to the IFRC, certainly.) If anyone knows of
a better way to do what we can to help out, please share with the list.
Thanks.
