I'm hoping someone can save me a little time....
 
We've recently had problems with our hot air balloon - the original electric
burners have been replaced over the last couple of years - one by one - and
there is no one here who remembers what size they were or make....
 
our balloon was very slow (using three 750 degree heaters).  Replaced with
three 1000 deg. guns, standard heat guns from grainers, but still takes way
too long to heat.  
 
any solutions?  our balloon is approx. 3.5 diameter.
