Whenever someone applies for a position, an internship,... even if it is only for 2 weeks
I want to see and talk to them life
If they don't want to make the effort to come to you they are not really interested

Hi all,
We're wrestling with the question as to whether we should allow potential interns - specifically, those attending college - to Skype in for interviews for summer positions. The main concerns revolve around wanting interns to see the institution before making a commitment, rendering it too easy for candidates to Skype vs coming in, along with the increased interview workload once we open this can o' worms. Anyone have any experiences to share, advice to offer?
Thanks in advance,
Jamie & Co.
