ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hi all,
I'm hoping to pull together or joining one or two proposals, on
whichever topics get the most traction. I'm interested in the
following:
1) School & community partnerships: a chance to share best & worst
practices, stories of success & failures, an overview of social capital
theory, etc. Addresses "How are science centers civically engaged and
elevating or solidifying their place in their communities?" and "How do
effective partnerships and alliances become mutually beneficial?"
2) Embedding evaluation in educational programs: why do it, how to do
it, etc. Addresses "How are science centers measuring the results of
their efforts?"

Please contact me if you've got experience & passion for either of those
or if you have ideas for drilling down into more specific issues. Happy
Friday,
