ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Oregon State University has a PhD program in Environmental Science  
that is fairly interdisciplinary. I wouldn't say it's a "build your  
own degree" but it's close. I've included the direct link to the  
program below since the OSU website can be difficult to navigate.
