Those of you at ASTC got a taste of baba brinkman and jamie stevens unique blend of hip hop and good science.  Baba's got another show going in new york now about the selection of mates in an evolutionary context, here is an early review in the washington post

He uses text messaging to live poll the audience at a number of points in the show, including asking audiences to vote on the ending. Maybe even more provocatively, he asks people to text in response to personal questions.  The results of these polls appear on the screen behind baba and jamie...apparently throughout the run wayyy more women then men admit to "cheating" on their long term partners.

Anyway, Baba is up to some interesting stuff.
