Laura, and Group,

There is an exciting development in cancer research, that shows how early interests in Science and Technology,
(Radio Waves) can open up your mind to profound ways to help humanity with a Cancer treatment.

The ham radio community follows it pretty regularly. Now all
anyone has to do is figure out how to attach the metallic nano particles
specifically to cancer cells.
Ham Radio Operator (K3TUP) seems to be on to something, finding a major

cancer cure...

Question? How/why do gold or carbon nanoparticles adhere to cancer cells?

Read the article and then watch the video at the bottom.

> Subject: Cancer Related Exhibits and Possible Collaboration

> Hello! I'm trying to find a couple of science centers who have existing
> cancer-related exhibits and who may be interested in collaborating on an
> upcoming SEPA federal grant (Due September) . ASTC suggested sending a
> message to this list as a way to reach out. We have developed a high
> school biology curriculum that uses breast cancer as the context. We were
> hoping to submit a grant application to disseminate the curriculum through
> professional development opportunities for teachers and include activities
> with a local science center that has existing cancer-related exhibits.
> Please email me if you have exhibits that are related to cancer in some
> manner (e.g., genetics, technology, prevention, etc.) and if you are
> interested in discussing this further.
THANKS!
Laura
