Does anyone have (or has heard of)a great overall name for a science center's floor experiences?

Something that encompasses all the demos, presentations, interactions, and activities that staff conducts on the science center floor every day. What words would best describe all that amazing stuff (other than the exhibits) that's happening on the gallery floor?
