ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We find that it is beneficial to have science personnel on staff serve
as an important "Reality Check". It in no way detracts from the
legitimacy of education or program staff, but, particularly for
cutting edge science topics it is important to have people with this
kind of knowledge to bounce ideas off of. Also, when trying to
simplify complex science topics, it is helpful to have people who can
determine if explanations have drifted in terms of accuracy.
