Hi Folks,

We're looking into an offsite outreach program that includes a community
website specifically geared toward teens. Part of our idea is to get
them signed-up online (including uploading their picture if possible)
wherever we happen to engage them.  However, because teens are typically
out in public without their parents, we're realizing it's probably going
to be impossible to get parental consent for their child's involvement
in our program.

Has anyone out there ever tried something similar and did you come up
with any solutions for the parental consent issue?
