In the recent past, our fee-based gallery programs were booked as
education revenue that was put into an education revenue account.
Admission fees for the building went to the general operating revenue
account.  Our Group Sales department collected all of the revenue and kept
track of how much was ours & how much was for general operating.
Quarterly, they'd send a statement to the Education Dept with the amount
of revenue that was ours & the account number to which it would be
deposited.  This way, we could keep track of how much the gallery programs
cost to do and how much came in to pay for those programs.
