The Children's Museum of Pittsburgh orients school groups on the rules and regulations for both the children and adults before they are allowed to explore.  There are also signs saying that no food or drink is allowed in the exhibit areas because of mess and allergy concerns.

Hi All,
Looking in the archives, I see only a few messages from 2007 regarding a museum code of conduct so I'm curious if anyone has updates.  We are looking to display something in the lobby of a children's museum for all to see and follow, including staff, groups and the general public.  We would like to let guests know what they can expect from us and what we expect from our guests, such as no food and drinks and acceptable behavior for both adults and children while in our museum.    Does anyone have anything like this displayed and if so, how do you approach them if they are not complying?
Thanks,
Christyne
