ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

We bought a set of 30 Bresser binoculars (here:
http://www.toysrus.com/product/index.jsp?productId=4160756 ) They are
exceptionally durable, able to withstand numerous falls, not to mention
being tossed onto tables not-so-gently by our younger scientists :)

The magnification is not so high that beginner users will have trouble
focusing/keeping still. These are a nice compromise between magnification
and ease-of-use. They also come with storage bags and a wrist strap.

Bresser will work with you on pricing if you're a non-profit, too.
