ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

The Field Museum has (or had) a model of a Parasaurolophus skull with a bellow attached.  Pump the bellows, and hear the sound the animal is presumed to have made.

They also had a model of a sauropod stomach with gizzard stones.  Rotate the stomach, and see the stones smash up plant material.  That one I'm sure is gone now.

The Audubon Zoo in New Orleans had a suite of mechanical dino exhibits.  I recall various metal models demonstrating the differing gaits of dinos and other reptiles.  There were others, but it's been many years...
