One source is Radiant Manufacturing- they make 0.75" and 1.5" discs. 
 They bought out "Eye Catchers" several years ago, and are trying to 
expand that business- instead of strips they make them in panels I 
believe, and they are apparently more securely attached (for those of 
you that hosted AirPlay, Eye Catchers was the name of the company that 
made the strips.. and over time visitors would manage to remove a few of 
the discs)
