Hello,

We are looking for an inexpensive material to use as baffling in a 
prototype wind tunnel that we are building.  We are trying to build 
honeycomb with drinking straws or plastic corrugated material - very 
tedious and not all that successful.  Any ideas on ready-made 
honeycomb material that we can purchase?  It needs to be about 1/2 to 
1 inch thick with holes about 1/4 inch.
