Last year at ASTC, I heard some folks talk about the use of Partnership
Statements when working with outside groups. As I understood it, they
were not MOUs or contracts, but statements that made the missions of the
partners clear and clarified why you should be working together. This
statement would be revisited annually for whether the partnership was
still the same and also left a paper trail for working together when
staff turned over. I would like to use this type of process with my
partners.

 

Does anyone use these? If so, can you send me an example I could use to
develop my own statements. Thanks for your feedback.
