Hello all!
We are partnering with the YMCA to do an event called Healthy Kids. The main
focus of the event is nutrition, exercise and health (in general). There
will be other partners involved providing visitor interactions along with
whatever activities we decide to do.
Does anyone know of any successful hands-on experiences and/or activities
dealing with health, exercise and nutrition? While we are very stong in our
anatomy content and resources, I am finding that we are greatly lacking in
general health resources.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as my eyes are glazing over
from looking at the Listserv archives :)
Feel free to contact me on or off list. Have a most spiffy day!
-Erin

If one cannot state a matter clearly enough so that even an intelligent
twelve-year-old can understand it, one should remain within the cloistered
walls of the university and laboratory until one gets a better grasp of
one's subject matter.
