After recently renovating our own Charles Hayden Planetarium, The Museum of Science, Boston is exploring ways to improve how we market the planetarium experience to our visitors. As part of this effort, we're looking to better understand what the public perceives as a "planetarium experience." Can anyone suggest studies or evaluations that have been conducted around this topic? Any leads on studies, no matter how informal they may have been, would be greatly appreciated.
