I know this is not exactly what is being discussed, as it deals more with classroom environments, but some of you might find it useful. 

A paper called National Survey on Mobile Technology for k-12 education just crossed my desk.  It is done by Interactive Educational Systems Design Inc.  It looks like you can order it at stemreports.com

I've just glanced at it, lots of charts, graphs, etc for those who like those things.
