I'm looking for a material that can easily be used for children to build towers that they can test on an earthquake table; LEGOS are too heavy, spaghetti doesn't break easily enough... Can anyone recommend anything? I was thinking k'nex may be a decent material but would like to know if you have used them or something else different / better. What have you had success with?

Thanks!
