ISEN-ASTC-L is a service of the Association of Science-Technology Centers
Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.
*****************************************************************************

The New York Hall of Science in partnership with the Wildlife
Conservation Society, Hunter College Department of Psychology, and
Institute for Learning innovation is developing a new project
on animal cognition - what we know about social interaction,
thinking, learning, communication, and play among animals. The
hallmarks of the project are a traveling exhibition and programs,
research on how visitors perceive and understand animal cognition,
and collaboration between science centers and your local zoo or
aquarium. We are looking for centers who are willing to make a strong
commitment to collaborate on complementary programming with a zoo or
aquarium partner. During the development of the project you and your
partner will be part of an advisory committee who will
contribute to project development. There will be funds from the
project for time and travel to two national symposiums. And of course
you can be part of the first group to book the exhibition. If you are
interested in this project please contact me ASAP and I will
send you more information. I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

Martin
