I have seen T-shirts that appear to have line drawing when viewed with indoor
lights, but quickly develop colors when in sunlight.   They fade back to
black and white.   There are lots of on-line ads.   The first I found with a good
photo is http://www.dreamandfantasy.com/delsolfrogs.html.   Do a Google search
for "T-shirt sunlight color" and you will find tons.

You could probably contact the manufacturer and work a deal for what you
need.   Then you could sell similar T-shirts in your giftshop.
