I wanted to let everyone know about an upcoming conference:

BRIDGES: A Museum/Community Partnership Conference to be held at The
Franklin Institute, Philadelphia, PA June 20-22, 2008 will bring together
museum and community pairs from 25 partnerships to explore best practices
for developing and sustaining a shared vision of engaging underserved
families in science enrichment activities. BRIDGES is specifically designed
for programs whose primary audience is family groups. Transportation, hotel,
and meal costs will be paid by a National Science Foundation grant.

BRIDGES will provide opportunities for participants to share triumphs and
tragedies and build an ongoing community of practice. A dynamic keynote
speaker, poster sessions, and breakout discussions will form the basis for
building a new museum/community network for science programs that serve
families.

Space is limited apply today www.fi.edu/BRIDGES<http://www.fi.edu/BRIDGES>
Deadline May 1, 2008
We Welcome Your Participation
BRIDGES is supported by a grant from the National Science Foundation
