Incorporated, a worldwide network of science museums and related institutions.

Hi Colleagues:

Have any of you been doing programs showing how our food choices (and
our agricultural practices) affect both our bodies and our environment?
I'm essentially talking about informal science education programming
that's related to the theses in The Omnivore's Dilemma by Michael
Pollan. What in-center programs, traveling exhibits or outreach
programs talk about our health and the health of the environment as
intertwined through how and what we eat?

Thanks for your reply-

Rebecca Prosino
