Mr. Lounge,

Well, I must say your post is well timed. My firm just finished designing a
2600 sq' exhibit and website about alternative power for the Mary Brogan
Museum of Art and Science in Tallahassee Fla. We focused on many different
generation methods including; solar, micro-hydro, biomass, wave power, and
we even included a section on oil as it is still a reality. Generating
power is a subject that we are very interested in and are in the process of
developing more interactives for companies in the Tallahassee area. I'd
love a chance to expand that focus to other parts of the country and take a
look at your project. Being a smaller firm allows us to manage difficult
projects and budgets while still providing a personal connection to the
work. I've included a link to the website we created for this project and
please feel free to take a look at our site, also listed below.

The Discovery Museum of Durango is preparing an RFP for an exhibit design

plan involving a restored turn-of-the-century electrical power plant. Much
of

the original equipment is in the building. We are looking for help in
developing

a plan to build exhibits around that equipment. We will be sending out an
RFP

for the design plan not for fabrication.

I was hoping to get some suggestions on exhibit designers that have

experience, or at least specific interest, in such a project.

Thanks

Joe, Education Manager
