Scott Paris is a psychology professor at the University of Michigan, Ann
Arbor -- at least, that's the most recent location I know of.

For those who don't know, Paris has conducted a variety of interesting
research projects -- at the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum & elsewhere -- on how visitors
use interactive exhibits. He is one of a handful of academics who are using
informal learning contexts for research purposes.
