The deadline has been extended to November 15. The submission deadline was moved up in response to feedback from a number of potential presenters who felt it was too difficult to juggle proposal submissions with end-of-the-year grant proposals and reports.

Is this so? Why so early? Submissions used to be Dec 31 after the rush to
get ready for ASTC and after being stimulated by the meeting. I know I all
ways came away with new ideas from the meeting.
