I don't know about one comprehensive document, but I'd be happy to do a
Q and A with you about these items off-list sometime. I've dealt with
all of them (excluding the planetarium) in depth. You're welcome to
email or call whenever.

Ahhhhhh!!! Education Directors: Anyone Already Have the Road Map?
We are looking for a model of a comprehensive educational plan.
Has anyone else created such a roadmap for all educational aspects of
their
museum? Are you willing to share? We would so very grateful!
We (volunteers) have been charged with the (somewhat daunting) task of
creating a single document that provides an overview of all
educational programs
and services that our center will provide including:
*        exhibits
*        outreach
*        science theater
*        planetarium
*        camp
AND we must  address:
* how we will interface with schools and
* how we will address academic standards
* how we will serve at-risk and under-represented groups
FINALLY, we must address how we will evaluate these programs.
Again, has anyone else created such a roadmap for all educational
aspects of
their museum? Are you willing to share? We would so very grateful!
