Good morning,

Our Public Programs team is hoping to develop a set of standards to ensure high quality programs and events through both the design and evaluation process.  We'd like these quality-control standards to be generic enough to use across all types of
programs, while also narrow enough to keep us consistent in own our style.

Have any of you done this before and be willing to share examples or stories about the process?
