I agree, particularly if you are trying to attract the middle school male crowd!  While not an exhibit, Ontario Science Centre used to have some wonderfully gross body experiments on their website, including an exploding zit, a "concentration/match game" where you had to match body noises (the icons were toilet seats that flipped up when the noises were made - it REALLY appealed to young teens).
