Aloha Erich,
Thanks for this thorough approach.
Do you happen to know if a good template, app or program to I do such a matrix with, with regard to both a large scale project management piece or small scale?

Cheers
Amber

As many, if not all, of these should be established before the brainstorming/sketching begins. This is also where various team members can have valuable input by stating up front what things are important as they see it. For example the education/content developers will have content points that need to be hit and the visitor services folks may want to make sure that the exhibit or program really handles a class or a camp-load of visitors. And of course the exhibit department wants things to be practical and realistic to operate.
