Hi Everyone,
Having just hosted BODIES REVEALED and now looking forward to *Titanic: The
Artifact Exhibition*, we'd like to ask what policies y'all have in place
for volunteers inside special exhibitions that require an upcharge.

Do you require volunteers to put in a certain number of hours of service
for the privilege of seeing the special exhibition?

Do you allow your existing volunteers to volunteer as staff inside the
special exhibition?

What happens, for example, when you have an enthusiast about the subject
matter who wants to volunteer, but also wants to see the exhibition for
themselves? Or, for example in BODIES REVEALED, a class of nursing
students whose teacher offers them to "volunteer" but really wants them to
have a free ride into the exhibition?

Any policies or guidelines anyone wants to share with me on this would be
great.
Thanks,
Rebecca Prosino, Sci-Port

PS, Suggestions for how to herd volunteer cats would also be welcome
(google calendar?).
