As I mentioned in my original post- sites later than c. 1860
_do_ get site numbers, but only if the  MN SHPO and State
Archaeologist believe that the manifestation being reported is,
in fact, a "site". The problem centers on what "is" a site.
Abo isolates are not "sites" either!
