Here's a break from the SOPA/ROPA debate.
 
I have a brown transfer print footed and a plate with a design called "ALTON." U
nfortunately, the manufacturer's name is missing. The design consists of flowers
,vines, and hanging buds. These were found in a well filled between 1905 and 191
7.
 
Can anyone identify the manufacturer?
