Hi Kerry,

Trinkley and Hacker used this technique at Rouplemond Plantation.
You can order the report online at Chicora.org:

Research Series 53. Rouplemond: An Eighteenth and Nineteenth Century
Interior St. Helena Parish Plantation, Beaufort County, South
Carolina. 1999. Michael Trinkley and Debi Hacker. ISBN 1-58317-004-9
$40 (The conclusions are available here as a pdf)

http://chicora.org/Roupelmond%20Conclusions.pdf

New South Associates archaeologists also used the technique at
Yourhany Plantation for the US Fish and Wildlife Service. You can
download Natalie Adams's report for free here:

regionalReports.html

Cheers,
Tim
