Hi. Being a Ph.D. graduate of Mizzou, I can understand your frustration.
Send me an email in about a month or so, and I will send you a copy of the
forthcoming brochure I'm working on "Careers in Historical Archaeology," for
the SHA committee I chair--Academic and Professional Training. Are you are
member of the SHA? Are you planning on attending the meeting in January in
Cincinnati? My committee is sponsoring a portion of the opening-night
reception that will be dedicated to students. If you want more info, please
contact me. Be sure to take Ray Wood's course on ethnohistory, as you will
learn a lot about how to do documentary analysis.
