Wow, with all the responses I got I almost regret getting a digest
version of this list everyday!  Thank you to everyone who responded.  

Since we have Spanish majolicas and the faience, we use the term tin
glazed to refer to the larger technological process.  Just thought I'd
add my two cents to the discussion.

George, can you give me a website to order the book you edited on
faience?

I am going to check out all the other references.
