I am writing my dissertation on Virginia's enslaved cooks. One of my
chapters focuses on material culture/archaeology of extant kitchens.  I am
in need of
at least one more kitchen collection to add to my chapter. If anyone has
or knows of a collection that I may consult and compare please let me
know.
