Handle carefully! Photograph them without bright lights and dispose of
them immediately.
Bomb squad if available. The explosives people I have talked with tell me
that WWII era bombs/shells/etc. are far more dangerous now, unstable,
than
when used. These were American duds and Japanese munitions. I would
assume that same is true for blasting caps.
 
Black powder actually has a memory and when the threshold of say 30 bumps
is reached, blam.
