I have seen many books on imported ceramics, etc. from Europe , but to what
degree were textiles exported from Europe to the Spanish, Portuguese, French,
Dutch and English colonies?  Blankets traded to the Native Poeples-were these
of colonial or European manufacture? What about textiles from India and
China?-Were they imported to any degree to the Americas along with the tea
and porcelain???  Comments and references are both welcome.
