Carol- I agree that Site Steward programs are the hope for the future of
archaeology.  Here in eastern Nevada we finally have a way to engage a broad
spectrum of well meaning citizens to help in archeological conservation.
Where there isn't a Site Steward program in place we need to find ways to
promote it. - Mark
