Yes, interpretation of sites such as these should be done with the big picture
in mind. However, picking excavators based on skin color is ridiculous.
  There is an alarming trend towards this sort of thing here in the Southwest
as far as prehistoric Indian sites are concerned. The prehistorians don't seem
to realize it, but if things continue, I doubt that non-Indians will be
permitted to dig prehistoric sites 20 years from now.
