The New England Historical Association (NEHA) annual Fall conference
meets on October 22 at the University of Hartford. Papers or panels on
any historical topic, time or place may be submitted (abstract and short
cv) by June 15 to the program chair: Professor Patricia Herlihy, Brown,
University, Department of History, Providence, RI 02912. NEHA uses the
AHA conference format. Members of this list are especially invited to
