Well, it was a neat question, and some of the answers were thought-provoking.
 
It was amusing to note that the most supportive responses came from some of
our most creative practitioners. I refer, of course, to such luminaries
Smoke Pfeiffer, Bob Schuyler, Carl Steen, Elizabeth Crowell, Larry McKee
and others who may not be known to me.
