Do you have a pictures of the ends of the item?...Is it hollow all the way through from end to end with openings at both ends?

Subject: Artifact ID help?

This came from a mid 18th to 20th C. farmstead site. It appears to be
carved bone, with a hollow half circle in the center "D" shaped.
There does not appear to be any adhesive residue in the hollow.

Any thoughts?
