Dear Conrad and any others who might be unfamiliar with this term

A "woman-owned" business is a federal certification for contracting
purposes. The ad contained no discriminatory language regarding employment.

I would not want any other hist arch list members to get the wrong
impression from your post. 

Just for the record, I am not affiliated with Red River Archaeology in any
way.
